Silver Rain Healing uses Australia Post to deliver your unique orders. Your order is designed, made, packed and shipped from Bright in the Alpine Shire, Victoria. Orders are despatched within 3 business days and delivery is estimated to be between 2- 8 business days. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Silver Rain Healing.

Free Australia wide shipping on all orders over $100. Flat rate shipping of $15 for all orders.

Currently, Silver Rain Healing is only shipping within Australia. However, if you are based outside of Australia and would like to purchase my products, please email me at jennyjumpsuit@hotmail.com

 

Returns and Exchanges

Silver Rain Healing products are handmade and do have imperfections, this is part of their unique beauty.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are not available for change of mind.

Silver Rain Healing packs each item with care, however if your product is damaged when delivered, please let me know via email within 7 days of receiving your product, with pictures of the fault and parcel, so that I can quickly resolve the issue. I will do my best to replace the product but cannot guarantee the same properties and appearance due to nature of hand-made products.

Silver Rain Healing only offers refunds for faulty products.

Any return shipping cost is to be paid by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to track return shipping. Silver Rain Healing does not take responsibility for return shipping or missing return packages. Refunds do not apply to shipping costs.
